Generosity is Our Joy
Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need.
Out of thankfulness to God for the generosity He has shown us, we respond with our first and our best. Being generous with our first and our best overflows into joy because giving in the Kingdom only leads to gain and activates God’s vision for growth in our lives. We live from the revelation that any blessing we’ve received was never intended to end with us, but to be poured back out for the benefit of reaching others with His love. This is why we respond with our first and our best by tithing, serving His church, and by looking for opportunities to use the resources God has blessed us with to bless and impact others.
Generosity is our joy not only as individuals but as a church too! We give to local and global organizations that we trust and respect. These organizations vary from missionaries around the world to camps creating great memories for kids as they connect to Jesus.
